Scraggs Alley in Carlow has been providing live music and fun that appeals to people from all walks of
 
life for the last 21 years.

After many renovations, the latest in 2008, we have your idyllic pub, with eleven different areas,
including one of the biggest & well designed smoking area/beer garden, you are sure to find an area
that’s perfect for you.

Located along the famous Tullow St, it offers the ultimate setting to start and end your night.
An extensive menu is available in the bar to suit all pockets. A cocktail bar is also on hand with fresh
ingredients and premium spirits.

The rustic decor, traditional charm and laid back atmosphere forms an idyllic backdrop when out and about.
On the top floor the newly extended smoking area can be found with a fully functional bar.
Live music is provided with late night DJ's and bands to suit a variety of taste. 3D viewing is also available
across 12 TVs to enjoy all sporting activities.
 

 

 

 


Some of Irelands most famous bands have played right here in Scraggs Alley including; Aslan, Hot House
Flowers, The Stunning, The Specials, The Crinttings, Jack L, Don Baker and Emotional Fish
to mention just a few.

This late night bar is the perfect haunt to enjoy a fantastic night out, but also a tidy little get-a-way
to recover from a weekends indulgence. With a capacity of 900; upstairs – 375, smoking area – 150
and downstairs holding 425, it’s the perfect place for your parties or if your just out on a night on the
town in Carlow, Scraggs Alley is a must do pub!
